 The cost of screen-printing apparel varies depending on a number of detailed factors listed below:

 The Style of T-Shirt or Other Apparel

Our base price list for SHORT SLEEVED T-Shirts start with the most popular BASIC 50/50 Cotton/Polyester Tees – Different material blends or specific styles may incur a slight upcharge, i.e. 100% Cotton, Ladies styles, Performance or Moisture Management, Tagless, Sleeveless, Tank Tops just to identify a few styles offered.

 The Quantity of Apparel Ordered

 MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12 PIECES PER ARTWORK TO PRINT

(Styles, sizes & Quantities can be combined to achieve the Minimum)

( 4 Color Imprint Require Minimum 144 Pieces to Print)

 The Color of Shirts to be Printed

 There are two categories of T-shirt colors for pricing; 1) White & 2) Colored

White Tees cost slightly less then Colored

Other apparel styles are quoted upon request

 The Amount of Colors in the Imprint

 Each color of imprint require their own SEPARATE screen

Initial Screen charges are a ONE TIME only fee of $25 and are not charged for subsequent orders if the artwork remains exactly the same as the initial artwork

Any Screen Printed order may include different color shirts at no additional charge provided the IMPRINT COLOR remains the same. For example, you may order 6 Navy and 6 Dark        Green Tees with WHITE imprints and not incur any increase in cost.

 ANY SCREEN PRINTING THAT NEEDS INK COLORS TO BE CHANGED WILL INCUR A $15 INK CHANGE CHARGE PER COLOR DIFFERENCE

 Minimum Piece Policy of 12 Pieces Applies

 The Amount of Print Locations in the Imprint

 Starting cost of all screen–printed items includes a ONE-COLOR/FRONT or BACK IMPRINT – (Front imprint can be either FULL FRONT OR LEFT CHEST LOCATION – CUSTOMER CHOICE

Each additional location of imprint increases the shirt cost

Each additional color for front imprints increases the starting cost of the shirt by $.50 cents PER COLOR & LOCATION OF IMPRINT

Back Imprints add $1.00 for the first BACK color and an Additional $.50 cents per COLOR for the 2^nd, 3^rd, etc.

 Sleeves can imprinted but require screens and an additional cost of $1 per color/per sleeve

 EXAMPLE – An initial order of shirts with a 2 color front (either Full Front or Left Chest) and 2 color back will cost $100 for initial screen charges and add $.50 cents for the second front color and $1.50 for the 2 colors on the back, adding $2.00 to the base cost of the shirts.

 PLEASE NOTE – FOR 4 or more colors on either side the Minimum Piece Quantity may be higher.

 Costs quoted include sizes Youth and Adult sizes Small to Extra Large ONLY

 Uncharge for 2XL - $2.50 per item, 3XL - $4.00, 4XL + above – $6.50

 ARTWORK

 SUPPLIED ARTWORK IS BEST FOR EXACT COST QUOTES

Preferable formats for supplied are JPEG, GIF, AI, PDF or any basic format that is electronically originated and can be sent by email or supplied on disc. Hand drawn artwork will be replicated as best as possible but will incur a longer time to layout.

If you do not have any artwork, our Graphic Artists can help you design artwork based on oral or written suggestions but only if an order is placed at time artwork is requested. A security deposit of the cost of the Screen charges is required for all new artwork orders.

As with all screen-printing, the customer will get a full color proof by email to view and approve prior to any apparel printing takes place.
